But one of those vehicles, the Lincoln Corsair, didn’t stay dead for long. The small luxury SUV is making a comeback for the 2027 model year. That model will feature some upgrades to its standard model and, like the Lincoln Nautilus, it will be made in China. Which means it’s going to get hit by tariffs while making its way into the country. As a result, the MSRP has shot up pretty significantly. The base model will cost over $7,000 more than the 2026 equivalent, and the “Reserve” trim costs $6655 more than its 2026 version. However, you are getting a little more for your money, The Corsair is hybrid-only now While previous versions of the Corsair were cheaper, the lower-cost versions used ICE powertrains. The 2027 version of the Lincoln Corsair is hybrid-only and packing a 305-horsepower 2.0-liter turbocharged high-output hybrid engine. It’s worth pointing out that, while the entry-level pricing has shot up, the two 2027 trims that have been unveiled are cheaper than the only 2026 Corsair Hybrid. Which was the “Grand Touring” version and started at close to $56,000. All-wheel-drive now comes as standard on the Corsair too, further elevating those base trims compared to previous versions. Other things included in the base version are BlueCruise 1.5, and four years of the Lincoln Security package (which includes navigation, voice assistant, video streaming, and unlimited in-vehicle WiFi). On the more expensive “Reserve” trim, you get 24-position front seats with heating, ventilation, and Lincoln’s frankly excellent Active Motion massage system. So while you are paying close to 20% more for the cheapest Lincoln Corsair, you’re getting a lot more for it. More trims may be introduced down the line, but it’s likely Lincoln will increase the number of “luxury” options rather than bringing back a cheaper ICE-only model. The vehicle has received an arguably overdue overhaul to its appearance too. Lincoln has reworked the Corsair’s hood and front fascia, with new headlights that extend back into a redesigned grille and a more sculpted hood overall. The rear has also received a redesign, with updated tail lights that feature integrated lettering.
